The Scottish Law Society

March 2, 2017 in Dumfries

The Scottish law society is a private organisation who provides a paid service to the Scottish courts. This is a private body & not a public body. The Scottish law society has rules to which they  are bound to. The public are not bound by these rules, as they only apply to members of the law society. Yet they deceive the public in thinking that everyone is bound by those rules. Yet they are the very ones who deceive the public by suggesting that they can not present themselves. there are provisions for people who want to present themselves or to represent others without being a member of any law society. Solicitors, lawyers, judges and notary publics have their allegiance to the court first and foremost and then the public comes second.
